Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flipall.co (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To buy or sell on Flipall, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Using the Marketplace
- Sellers: You must own the digital assets you list. All claims regarding revenue, traffic, and legal standing must be strictly accurate. Misrepresentation will result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.
- Buyers: You agree to conduct your own due diligence before purchasing an asset. Once funds are deposited into escrow and the asset is verified as received, the transaction is final.
3. Escrow and Payments
Flipall utilizes a secure escrow system for all transactions to protect both parties.
- Buyers deposit funds into the escrow holding account.
- Sellers are notified to transfer the digital assets.
- Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and control of the assets, or after a dispute resolution determines the assets were successfully delivered.
4. Fees
Flipall charges a transaction fee for successful sales, which is typically deducted from the final payout to the seller unless otherwise agreed upon in the deal terms. Fee structures are subject to change and are clearly displayed during the transaction process.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement during the asset transfer process, Flipall Administration will step in to mediate. Both parties must provide evidence of communication and asset transfer logs. The decision made by Flipall Administration in resolving escrow disputes is final.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- List illegal, stolen, or copyright-infringing digital assets.
- Attempt to bypass the Flipall escrow system to avoid platform fees.
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or malicious activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Flipall provides a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the performance, legality, or quality of the digital assets sold. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flipall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
