General
What types of digital assets can I buy or sell?
You can trade SaaS applications, e-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce), established blogs, social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), newsletters, and domain names.
How does the Escrow process work?
Our Escrow system acts as a neutral third party. The buyer deposits funds into the escrow, the seller is notified to transfer the asset, and once the buyer confirms receipt, the funds are released to the seller.
For Buyers
Is my money safe?
Yes. Your funds are held securely in escrow and are never released to the seller until you have verified that you have full access and control over the purchased digital assets.
What happens if the seller doesn't deliver?
If the seller fails to deliver the assets within the agreed timeframe, you can initiate a dispute. If the seller cannot prove delivery, your funds will be fully refunded from escrow.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes, buyers can use the integrated messaging system to negotiate the final price directly with the seller before creating a deal.
For Sellers
How much does it cost to sell?
Listing your asset on Flipall is free. We only charge a small success fee upon the successful completion of a sale through our escrow system.
When do I transfer the assets?
You should only transfer domains, codebases, and account credentials after you receive official confirmation from Flipall that the buyer's funds have been secured in escrow.
How do I get paid?
Once the buyer confirms receipt of the assets, the funds are released from escrow and transferred to your connected bank account or crypto wallet, depending on your payout settings.
