2. The seller transfers login details and the original email account to the escrow agent.
3. The escrow agent checks everything, changes the login details, and tells the buyer to pay the seller.
4. The buyer pays the seller.
5. After the seller's confirmation, escrow agent sends the new login details to the buyer.
